We are now welcoming a new Part-Time Retail Assistant to join the IM Family!

 

What You'll Do

• Serve customers and provide a warm, welcoming experience
• Share the stories behind our products and help customers find something they'll love
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and online orders
• Maintain the store — keeping it tidy, well-stocked, and looking its best
• Handle customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Shopee
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For

• Able to connect with customers and share the story behind what we sell
• Works well independently and follows through on tasks
• Good communicator — in person and in writing
• Organised and able to juggle multiple responsibilities
• Minimum commitment: 6 months (can start anytime), and able to commit at least 1 weekday + 1 weekend
  

Salary

• $13 per hour + commission

 

Working Hours

• Weekdays & Saturdays: 10:30am – 7:30pm
• Sundays & Public Holidays: 11:30am – 6:30pm
